A rental record normally connects a defined vehicle with a stated rental period, collection point, return point, renter, authorised driver data, and the terms issued by an independent operator. Vehicle descriptions and contract fields are separate: a model specification describes the vehicle, while the agreement records the legal and practical conditions of the transaction. A category photograph or model name is not a substitute for the vehicle identifier and condition entries recorded when the vehicle is collected.
Collection documentation may contain a condition diagram, photographs, mileage, fuel or battery level, keys, and accessories. Return documentation may record the same categories for the end of the stated period. Location entries identify where the procedure occurs; a reference to Rome or Milan does not by itself indicate delivery, airport collection, access to restricted traffic areas, or operation at a specific address. Contract terms issued by the independent operator determine those matters. TITANE CLUB does not receive rental applications or transaction documents.
Rome and Milan may appear in a listing as a city, office area, parking facility, collection point, return point, or meeting-location reference. Each label requires its surrounding text because different operators may use city names for different operational areas. Road-access rules, restricted traffic zones, parking conditions, tolls, and geographic limits are separate matters stated by applicable signs, public rules, or a rental agreement. Airport names, railway stations, districts, and municipal boundaries are also distinct location references and do not automatically describe the same collection procedure.
Vehicle category names also require context. Terms such as luxury vehicle, exotic vehicle, and supercar may reflect a listing classification rather than a legal category. The underlying record may contain technical specifications, passenger capacity, luggage capacity, model year, transmission, drivetrain, and energy format. Records may additionally state a minimum driver age, licence category, document-validity period, additional-driver status, deposit method, insurance excess, cancellation terms, late-return conditions, and procedures for keys or accessories. Condition entries can identify exterior panels, wheels, glass, interior elements, keys, documents, and listed equipment at two separate times. TITANE CLUB publishes general descriptions only and does not verify or display live fleet data.
